"It was a self check-in process but very easy to complete. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/bar was great with a very nice atmosphere. It was a last minute hotel find and we were a little wary as we were not familiar with the brand however, we were extremely happy with Hey Lou!"

"Shuttle bus from airport to hotel is every 30 mins and free. Restaurant in hotel has friendly staff. Menu offers good choice. I recommend the pork schnitzel. Highly recommend staying here. Efficiently run hotel. They also offer day rooms for when you have several hours between flights. "

"Staff were excellent and very friendly, we arrived well before the check in time but they were still able to accommodate us. Hotel was very clean and modern with a great bar area and relaxing seating areas. The bar is open 24hrs. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Very good secure parking plus street parking if required. Location is a short easy walk to the centre."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our room was very clean & bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby & dining area were spotless and nicely decorated. We did not opt to buy breakfast thru the hotel, so I cannot speak to how the food was. Property looks like it was built fairly recent. Airport shuttle was excellent. As other has said in reviews, it’s not door to door. But just a 3-5 min walk to the pick up spot in front of the parking garage. Pick up at the airport was only a few minutes walk as well, to the front of the Medical Center building. We would stay here again!"
