Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. The windows do not open in the room (perhaps for safety as the rooms are all ground floor) so the room was a bit stuffy and warm for our comfort. A fan was provided,...

“Excellent location for my needs, fabulous hosts, lovely property, exceptionally clean, pristine bathroom and a great breakfast. Slightly noisy plumbing from adjoining room(s) delayed my sleep a little but not a big issue.”

“I arrived having pre-booked on Expedia to be told by the landlord that he does not accept booking any more on this app. The original price was quite reasonable at £50 however he said a room was available with ensuite at £75 which I paid as I had no other options. The room was clean but there was no shower gel or shampoo provided and at £75 I would have expected a breakfast. In fact though, they don't even provide a paid for breakfast which is surprising. ”

“You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! Would recommend if you're in for a couple of nights and just need a bed. Gud price”

“This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...

“Extremely clean and comfortable, well presented rooms and communal areas. Fabulous attention to detail all round. Excellent breakfast choices cooked to order. Quiet location. 20 minutes drive from central Cambridge with option of Park and Drive only 5 mins away. Highly recommended. ”

“Lovely, comfortable clean and spacious room. Good size breakfast with good quality ingredients with pleasant hosts. Property located away from major roads surrounded by stunning gardens makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Would say I would stay again, but I had to come back for work again unexpectedly the following week and re-booked without hesitation”
