"An absolutely incredible place to stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they all went out of their way to make a special occasion really special. It seems unfair to name one member of staff over another as they were all truly outstanding. I can not recommend this resort enough. What a wonderful break and somewhere we will definitely return to."

"the resort is very big. The rooms are more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The staff is very professional and experienced, and they all speak good English. there is a wide range of activities on the island and also many different restaurants. "The room was totally different than what’s advertised here. A garden view room has literally NO view at all. Welcome drink was served in a cracked glass. Bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries were not there in the washroom. The tap water was disgustingly smelly. No consideration about hygiene. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the hotel advertises that it has a private beach where as none of the hotel at this particular island has a concept of private beach....
