“This hotel was what we were looking for. That old charm and not modern. You could feel the history of the building and we loved it! Our room was so big and we were able to move around after a long travel day! The staff at the front desk was fun, told some stories and welcoming. Parking was easy and free, which is so nice these days. The bed was comfortable and the two shower heads were great! Definitely recommend staying here.”

“Wonderful stay! Clean spacious room and the bathroom was large enough for three people to get ready without feeling crammed. Also, valet is something to mention. They were excellent!”

“The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean, and spacious. My only complaint would be that the lighting could be better. The bulbs were a very white bright light. The rooftop bar was so fun and the bartenders were super friendly. This hotel is right in the heart of the city easy to walk around and close to a lot of restaurants.”

“We stayed here before and really the downtown location. Stay and staff were great. Breakfast pretty good for complementary. Small issue of difficulty finding a functional fridge on 3 tries, but management was kind enough to pick up the tab for valet parking as compensation for lost food, so I give them credit for that. I would stay at Hyatt, and this property, again.”
