“The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. There is a bar that serves drinks, and was welcome after a long trip. The staff gave me good recommendations for places to visit in Tulsa during my stay. Good restaurants, and neon lights, were within walking distance.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

“the room wasnt as clean as it should be. the carpets were very stained and there was an empty soda bottle on the floor of the room that was not from us. the staff were kind and straight to the point. breakfast was good, had the basics and all warm! parking was good!”

“The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....
