"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"The room is quite clean. Just that the bathroom easily gets wet. Overall quite ok."

"Toilet smells and stains, cigarette stains on the floor. But the price is good. Overall appropriate price"

"Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as 5.30am, noisy because of the dumpster"

"Parking can get full but otherwise really convenient. Beds are comfortable (i stayed 1 night). Water in shower was excellent (pressure, although the aesthetic of the shower head cable was poor due to wear and tear). Rainshower worked fine and well. Hot water on demand."

"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation. "
