โStaff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean. โ
โComfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.โ

โFor a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well!
Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads.โ

โIk kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen.
Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen.
Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima.
Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. โ
โPada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka.
kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.โ
โReception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesnโt stop making loud music so you donโt get any sleep โ
