"Easy to navigate the city from this property. This is the old part of Bilbao and it is lovely. The mistake we made was to shop and tour the newer and trendier part of the city. The old city is a great experience and wonderful shops and restaurants. Anyway, loved the staff and the shower and beds were amazing. The hotel is small and well preserved. It is a little loud from the fifth floor facing the street, but we loved the stay and friendliness of all the people. Would love to come back soon. "

"I really loved this place. It is right in the middle of a beautiful plaza adjoining the old town church. There are plenty of restaurants and beautiful shops all around it. The rooms were very large and very comfortable, with coffee and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that guest services was not there when I arrived and I waited about 15 minutes for somebody to come and let me in."

"I would describe this as a university dormitory in a fantastic central location. It is perfect if you are planning to be out exploring all day and just need a convenient base to drop your bags. The staff were lovely, very helpful and the price for a weekend stay was of great value. That said, the amenities are quite basic (think all-in-one shower gel and hairdryers available on request). It can also be a little lively with street noise and neighbouring rooms. Overall, this is a good budget-friendly option in a great location, especially if you are prioritising convenience over luxury."
