Newest hotel on the block, a lot quieter than the other hostels. New pool, very nice bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. Shower takes awhile to turn hot. We had great sleep.

The hotel is brand new and very well equipped. The restaurant Cask is excellent. The staff are exceptional, in particular, the manager Jack and the waiter/bartender Renzo. A fantastic day. Could not recommend more highly.

This property and rooms are pristine. My favorite feature in the room is the shower, which was much needed after traveling to so many places where the shower lacked. From the second we arrived the staff helped answer each of our questions and accommodated us in every way we asked. The onsite restaurant and bar also had the same great service and the food was good! The bar shuts down at a reasonable time so you have to worry about loud music keeping you up all night, which we appreciated. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Senoma Hotel was the tranquil stay we were hoping for! A perfect view of the sand dunes from a resort-like vibe of a stay; beautiful pool, tiki-like swim-up bar, very cool bar & restaurant, pristine rooms with brand new amenities, and overall lovely atmosphere. We had a few drinks and appetizers from their restaurant by the pool which were delicious and served with class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you so much Jack, Ana, and Valeria!), I would highly recommend this place and stay again in a heartbeat! I did not see any other place in Haucachina that compared to Senoma :) Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Stayed three nights. Not only was our room not serviced ANY of the days we were there.... but the sign to clean our room disappeared every time we hung it on the door. We asked the front desk for a new sign 3 times... and gave up after the fourth sign vanished. Consequently, we had to request towels, soap and toilet paper everyday. Then there was the issue of mystery charge of $73.82 CAD at checkout. They couldn't tell us what the charge was for due to a computer outage at time of checkout. The only thing we charged to our room was 2 drinks. They comitted to send us a detailed receipt via email once there systems were back up and running.... Three weeks later - still waiting.

Achtung: keine Barzahlung mƶglich!!! Alles lƤuft Ć¼ber Kartenzahlung ab. Als ich ankam habe ich erst die Info dazu erhalten, leider steht auch nichts darĆ¼ber in der Hotelbeschreibung. Da ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde mir gesagt ich kann in bar zahlen, aber mĆ¼sste alles passend zahlen da sie kein Wechselgeld haben. Ich habe aber auch die Mƶglichkeit bekommen alles auf meine Zimmernummer anrechnen zu lassen um anschlieƟend beim Check-out alles zusammen zu bezahlen. Zimmer 331 hat eine etwas defekte TĆ¼r, die sich schlecht schlieƟen lƤsst. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon, aber das ist ein Ć¼berdachter Balkon und da sind nur zwei StĆ¼hle, und so gut wie gar nicht eingerichtet, man kann sich die Buchung mit Balkon sparen ehrlich gesagt. Dennoch ein schƶnes Hotel und sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Ich wĆ¼rde wieder kommen.

Hotel excepcional. Las vistas desde las habitaciones a las dos piscinas es increĆ­ble. HabitaciĆ³n amplia, confortable y limpia. Camas cĆ³modas. Personal muy atento. UbicaciĆ³n increĆ­ble. A 50m de restaurantes y de la subida a las dunas. El desayuno se paga a parte, pero es delicioso. Incluye un zumo, un cafĆ©, un bol de fruta fresca y un plato principal a elegir.

La struttura ĆØ nuovissima, e ha un design molto curato, la sua posizione su piĆ¹ piani con 2 piscine e adiacente alle dune la rende sicuramente affascinante. Le camere sono grandi, curate con tutti i confort. Il ristorante ha un cibo veramente eccellente, assolutamente da provare. Il personale ĆØ premuroso e molto gentile, anche se devo dire molto giovane e non tutti parlano inglese. Siamo stati in piscina dopo il checkout e abbiamo anche pranzato nell'ottimo ristorante, trascorrendo una giornata rilassante e piacevole.
