"Hotel is small, rooms are very small lacking window in most rooms, but very clean. front desk was somewhat attentive. rooms lack coffee employees are lacking training and common sense and their duties. food takes time, be ready to wait."

Incompetent Staff that Tries to Charge You Twice
"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card.
