“This small hotel has a really chill vibe. We booked a larger size room and really appreciated the space and also all the surfaces and places to put stuff- I never enjoy a hotel bathroom where there’s no space to put my toiletries! Having a mini kitchen was also great. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet hood, so sleeping was peaceful. The breakfast was good too. Really like the always acessible downstairs room with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks etc. I recommend staying here!”

“Das Hotel war super schön. Zentral gelegen und in der Stadtmitte nach kurzer Bahnfahrt. Die Garage war von der Einfahrt her etwas enger. Also für wirklich große Autos nicht geeignet. Desweitern waren wir um halb 8 frühstücken und es war leider nicht alles da. Es wurden innerhalb der Stunde die wir essen waren sämtliche Sachen nachgefüllt. Selbst die Butter war noch nicht da, obwohl das Frühstück seit 6.30uhr auf hatte. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel”

“The room was very clean and bright and spacious and I was unaware of any noise from other guests despite being on the 4th floor (of 5) There was some noise outside the hotel - parties/music in the evenings at the weekend and a children’s school on Monday morning but these were just normal residential noises which I quite enjoyed. I would stay here again”

“We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue. “Bon accueil. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre car un peu bruyante au premier étage et très calme très agréable. Accès facile grâce aux transports en commun à côté Merci”

“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln. Ein Wermutstropfen war leider die Kaffeemaschine.Sie befand sich im Reinigungsmodus und wir wussten nicht, wie man den abstellt. Auf unseren Morgenkaffee mussten wir deshalb leider verzichten.”

“Lief alles reibungslos und ist eine sehr solide Unterkunft. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einzige Kritik eigentlich das das Gebäude Extrems hellhörig ist, der Abfluss bisschen stinkt und wir lediglich einen schwachen Ventilator hatten bei 28 grad. Aber sonst eine saubere Unterkunft mit wirklich guter Lage und auch optisch angenehm. Sehr gut für Kurztrips. Mit der Lage hat man auch eine richtige Berlin Erfahrung. Würde aber nicht empfehlen mit mehr als 3 Personen in ein Apartment weil es sonst schon...

“The place was great and everything was easy just the host doesn’t reply at all and the wifi they mention does not exist so we did not have a wifi at all which today is unacceptable in our option”

“무료주차라고 소개되어 있어서 예약결심. 숙박당일 직원에게 주차를 어디에 해야하는지 물어보니 호텔 밖 도로를 가리키며 갓길 주차 가능하다고 함. 갓길에 주차 공간이 없어서 호텔 뒷편 골목에 빈자리 찾아서 주차함. 직원에게 뒷편에 주차했는데 괜찮은지 물어보니 "아마도"라고 말해서 친절도에서 실망. 호텔 방은 걸을때마다 삐걱 거리는 마루바닥 소리가 들림. 그리고 건물 전체가 호텔이 아니고 계단 맞은편에는 가정집이 있는듯 한데 밤에 아이가 울고 언쟁을 벌이는 듯한 소리가 들림. 싼 가격에 옛동독의 분위기를 느끼고 싶다면 하루정도 묵어볼만 합니다.”
