"Such a beautiful hotel in the city! The room was lovely. Spacious and very clean. We had a balcony too which was perfect for relaxing mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection every morning. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Budapest!"

"Lovely hotel we had a beautiful room with a balcony and a lovely gift for my birthday. The island is a lovely area of Budapest with plenty going on for all ages and easy to access the rest of Budapest. The hotel had very limited facilities no bar at all other than a small restaurant outside, which had limited food and a bit pricey, but the sister hotel was more modern and had loads of facilities with an excellent spa and outdoor pool and sunbathing area."

"Intercity Budapest continues to be our home away from home. The building, rooms, hardware are all great. However, it is the Relationships that make it home ! We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family. Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special. The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care. We must point out that It's Not Just Us ! We watch your staff engage with business travelers, families, bus-loads, old and young. Every need is met with compassion and empathy. "Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! A true 5 star, boutique hotel. Clean, spacious and staff always willing to help. The spa was great for after long days of walking around the city. Its about a 15 min walk into the "heart of the city" which is nice because its not in a tourist trap. Easily connected by the bus as well. Would stay again!"
