"1st, this is an old and poorly maintained house without the old house charm. 2nd, please add a "Can Not accept any guest older than 55 years old. We were almost denied at check-in due to our age. 3rd, Expedia should not outsource the reservation through another 3rd party platform (Ctrip.com). 4th, English communication is challenged. 5th, it is not price competitive. "We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"
