Não se trata de hotel e sim de um apartamento de temporada,houve dificuldade para encontrar a chave na chegada e não havia roupas de cama, o ventilador também não estava funcionado adequadamente, mas como apartamento de temporada foi ótima a estadia. Apenas faltou informação sobre o quarto.

Não fiquei no local pois aluguei por aqui e quando cheguei tinham alugado pra outra pessoa, que inclusive ja estavam no apartamento. fiz uma viagem de 5 horas com uma criança de 3 anos no carro e quando cheguei que foram informar que tinham feito outra reserva segundos depois da minha, e acabou que eu que reservei antes fiquei sem. Mas a proprietária foi muito atenciosa e conseguiu um outro apartamento algumas ruas para frente. Fiquei chateada apenas porque não fiquei onde havia locado e também porque o local tinha wifi e o outro não tinha, e liguei confirmando 1 semana depois da reserva. Mas graças a deus não perdi a viagem.

Apartamentos sem cuidado !
Não é um hotel! São kitchnettes sem nenhum tipo de roupa de cama, nem banho. Não havia sequer tapete no banheiro. Logo na chegada encontrei 2 baratas e depois que fui comprar inseticida, ..., muitas outras apareceram mortas. As panelas, pratos e utensílios de cozinha eram velhos mas limpos. Não havia nenhum tipo de sabão ou bucha ou qualquer maneira de se lavar os utensílios. Ninguém ficava no estabelecimento. Se precisássemos de qualquer coisa, tínhamos que fazer uma ligação telefônica para a unidade no continente e alguém viria, depois de horas. O vizinho tocou música de péssima qualidade em volumes absurdos ao ponto de termos de chamar a polícia. Péssima experiência.

Ilha Comprida mar sem fim
Verificamos alguns problemas em nossa chegada mas em conversa com a proprietária percebemos que está investindo para melhorar cada vez mais.Quanto a localização é muito boa , perto da praia e do comercio local.Vamos aguardar mais um pouco para voltar lá pois vimos que a intenção de melhorar o acolhimento é real.

Muito simples
Na chegada; não tem recepção, o hospede ao chegar precisa ligar, com o próprio telefone (se tiver) para o telefone indicado em um aviso colado na parede, e esperar que tragam a chave.
A estadia; Moveis, geladeira e colchões em más condições. No banheiro, a janela precisa de conserto e limpeza, a porta é sanfonada e raspa no chão, o espelho fica solto, apenas apoiado na pia, não tem box (nem "cortina") e faltam todos acessórios: porta-toalhas, porta-sabonete, suporte para papel higiênico.
A segurança depende dos hospedes, já que cada um é responsável por manter o portão trancado.
Na saída; é o mesmo problema da chegada, precisa ligar para alguém para fazer o "check-out", que se resume a receber a orientação "quando sair deixe as chaves no quarto".
