“Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides.
