"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. "This hotel has almost everything an hotel could have. There's even a car rental office, which is the first time I see something like that. They even welcomed me with fruit! It is a bit far from the city but if you're looking for an option close to the airport, I would 100% recommend it. I will definitely book it again if I go back to El Salvador."

"This hotel is definitely unique. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a museum than a hotel. The property is filled with vintage décor, antiques, and old cars giving it a fun, nostalgic atmosphere. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were immediately shown to our room. They also have a small convenience area near the front desk where you can purchase essentials like toothpaste, medicine, and other travel necessities. The room served its purpose and was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, the TV had a clear picture, and they provided shampoo, soap, towels, and washcloths. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. The property was very quiet during our stay. We walked over to the on-site restaurant, which was mostly adults with only a couple of children around. The pool was nice and the water was pleasantly lukewarm. We ordered the chicken wings, which were excellent. The bar had a good selection of cocktails, liquor, and standard beers. There were also two TVs showing the World Cup, which made for a great atmosphere. One of the biggest conveniences was the airport transportation. The staff arranged our pickup, and our driver arrived right on time at 4:00 AM as promised. It cost just $6 total for both of us, and the ride to the airport took less than five minutes. Overall, this is a great, convenient place to stay near the airport. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the unique layout, museum-like décor, quiet atmosphere, on-site restaurant, and reliable"

"Un lugar con una vista indescriptible. La ubicación del cuarto con vista panorámica al lago, una vegetación preciosa. El área de los columpios para las mejores fotos. La alberca muy sucia. Los cuartos necesitan un poco más de detalles para mejorar. La gente muy amable y el restaurant definitivamente lo mejor que tiene 3 piedras por su comida y por las vistas fantásticas que tiene."
