โOne of the cleanest and spacious hotels we have stayed in. Made to feel very welcome although arrived fairly late, food was available and William could not have been more helpful. Ryan the manager was very pleasant and helpful the hotel is a credit to him.

โSimply superb! This traditional B&B, for me, was perfect. Louise met me at the door with a warm smile and showed me to my, quaint, comfortable room. The brass-rail bed was super comfortable and my breakfast was cooked excellently by Peter, the other half of this welcoming (and hardworking) couple. Highly recommend this place when youโre passing through Shrewsbury UK.

โBrilliant stay in the heart of the town. Very modern, provides basic necessities such as shower gels and tea and coffees. The pub is just downstairs so any issues you can report to them. Keyless entry to the hotel and your room, very good value for money. โ
โMy daughter and I stayed for 1 night as we were attending performances at the nearby theatre. The hotel was lovely and we were lucky enough to have what a couple of the staff described as the 'best room'. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was a little soft for my liking, although still comfortable. All staff we encountered were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The small amount of food we had was a hit, especially with my daughter! We would definitely stay here again. โ
โVery satisfied with our stay a fan was provided in the room with the weather being so warm, nothing was too much trouble, room cosy comfy bed and the pub just downstairs very handy, definitely be staying again.โ
โA wonderful hotel right in the heart of Shrewsbury. The recommended car park is less than a minute's walk. The hotel is really tastefully themed with lovely homely touches. The breakfast and honesty bar were a highlight!โ
โFirst visit to this Hotel and I must say how delited I was with the degree of professionalism combined with a friendly genuine welcome from the moment I arrived to leaving.
Standard of accommodation was terrific with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Would highly recommend the full English breakfast.

โExcellent stay , room lovely all staff were so friendly and helpful ! Breakfast very nice , no complaints at all it was 30 degrees when we stayed ,room was very warm but a fan was provided without us needing to ask .
There is free parking but wd parked at the ncp which is literally across the road .โ
โIโve stayed here a few times & Iโll be honest a first impression is mmmmโฆ.. but in reality the rooms, staff, location & breakfast are great & once tried youโll come back againโ
