“​I stayed at the Ibis Tlemcen six years ago, and it was nice. I stayed last week for 4 nights. I found that the hotel staff are still incredibly helpful and truly do their best. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities has deteriorated significantly since my last visit. The decor and towels were very old, the in-room safebox did not work, and there were no tea kettles provided. These shortcomings negatively impacted my overall stay. The only saving grace was the wonderful hospitality of the staff....
