Os funcionários da portaria são bem solicitos e academia é ótima, funciona 24hs. Praias, farmácia, uma padaria que serve café da manhã e almoço na mesma rua, supermercado não muito distante. Há copos, talheres, pratos, secador de cabelo e ferro para passar.
