Overall is good, but the hotel needs some updates. They should put more elevators since is a big hotel, There is no parking available You can park at the street which during the day could be a pain in the ass. But overall breakfast was good

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

Bom atendimento dos colaboradores, área de lazer excelente, ótima localização, café da manhã ok, mas a infraestrutura do hotel deixa a desejar. Elevadores, os quartos tem erros grosseiros de acabamento como: tampa do vaso ruim, paredes mofadas, décimo primeiro andar o elevador não chega, fios amostra e etc.

Acho que o hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, pelo menos nos quartos. Extremamente desconfortável a porta que tem dentro dos quartos dando acesso ao outro, fica muito barulho quando as pessoas conversa. Meu banheiro não estava tão cuidado, vaso sanitário quase quebrando. Não foi bom não.

Pior hotel que eu já fiquei. Começando pela chegada no hotel, o estacionamento é em uma rua lateral porém só conseguimos entrar depois do checkin, nesse tempo não tem onde estacionar. O quarto tem uma porta para o quarto do lado, onde escutamos TUDO que os outros hóspedes conversam. Qualquer barulho da pra ouvir. Torneira do banheiro vazando. Quando da descarga no outro quarto, faz um barulho no encanamento do nosso. Recepcionistas sem preparos, nenhum carisma ou cordialidade. O café todo dia a mesma coisa. Estacionamento apertado mesmo sendo pago. Não trocaram nem um dia as toalhas(ficamos 4 noites) nem lençóis. O quarto eles só arrumavam a cama mas não limpavam. A localização é ótima, porém precisam melhorar muito.

Ficamos no 11° andar onde o elevador não chega. Apenas até o 10° andar. A vista é linda do quarto porém o hotel tem as instalações antigas que precisam melhoras como uma infiltração no balcão do banheiro a porta que dava acesso avaranda não fechava.

Um excelente custo benefício com uma ótima localização. Próximo ao hotel tem muitos bares que servem comida, a barraquinha de acarajé eh só atravessar a rua pra orla. Quarto confortável, mas com poucas tomadas e em locais não muito estratégicos. No domingo a camareira nem passou no quarto, apesar de estar no meu andar, sendo que a reserva era até segunda.

Para ser ruim tem que melhorar muito.

Hotel sucateado, colchão com vários buracos, roupa de cama e banho tão velhas e sujas. Simplesmente maquiaram o hotel... Mas ao hospedar dá p ver que não é nada do que mostra nas fotos. Chegou ao ponto de faltar luz uma madrugada toda. O quarto virou uma piscina porq o frigobar descongelou. Maioria dos funcionários mal educados e grosseiros.
