Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and the lively center of the island, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions. The rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and gave a fresh, pleasant impression throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide selection of delicious options, all carefully prepared and constantly replenished. The breakfast staff were attentive and ensured everything was in order, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to each day. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent location, cleanliness, and a superb breakfast made my stay truly memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

The people at the reception were not very nice. They were not very helpful. The elevators stopped working a few times and people got trapped in the elevators. He was the same exact breakfast every day, etc

Eu entendo que fui em alta temporada, então relevando isso alguns pontos deixaram muito a desejar: o banheiro suporte do sabonete está despencando o sabonete ficava na pia, não havia interfone do quarto para a recepção, limpeza dos quartos ( ruim mas vou relevar pela alta temporada), internet bem instável, o elevador não estava funcionando, somente 1 o hotel estava bem cheio, além disso não tinha ventilação. Os funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, café da manhã bom! A localização muito boa.

O quarto apresentou algumas questões desagradáveis, de inicio quando chegamos percebemos que a perna estava bamba e pedimos para trocar,fomos prontamente atendidas. Mas com dois dias pra frente,que saimos para passear quando chegamos tinham tirado a cama de casal trocado por uma de solteiro, tornando o quarto triplo,,achamos isso um absurdo já que pagamos o valor do quarto quádruplo. Pontos negativos: a manutenção do hotel deixou a desejar. O ar-condicionado funcionava em um dia e, no outro, apresentava falhas ou simplesmente parava de funcionar. Dos dois elevadores disponíveis para os hóspedes, apenas um estava em operação, e ainda assim de forma precária. Foram observados problemas como o painel de botões dos andares solto, portas que se fechavam bruscamente chegando a bater e, em outro elevador, o botão do segundo andar encontrava-se afundado. Considerando a grande quantidade de hóspedes no período, formavam-se filas para utilizar o elevador e, em diversos momentos, desistimos de esperar, subindo cinco andares pelas escadas. Os elevadores precisam ser substituídos urgentemente, visando à segurança dos hóspedes. Os pontos positivos do hotel são a excelente localização, o restaurante, a piscina, a boa arrumação e limpeza dos quartos e o café da manhã, que, mesmo diante da grande quantidade de hóspedes, contava com reposição constante dos itens, não deixando faltar alimentos em nenhum momento.

As roupas de cama velhas, solicitamos um cobertor e este estava com cheiro de usado e não lavado. O banheiro não tinha suporte para sabonete e a água do box ficava empoçada, os elevadores não tem exaustão e estão com funcionamento precário, ficamos presas duas vezes no elevador. A equipe é gentil.

Café da manhã sofrível, produtos de baixa qualidade, pouca variedade, salão de Café pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Apenas 2 elevadores sociais, antiquados, sem manutenção.
