“Excelente lugar para descansar, disiparse y pasarla de maravilla en contacto con la naturaleza. Magnífica atención y muy buena comida.”

“Los empleados encargados de la atencion fueron muy amables y dispuestos a atender cualquier solicitud nuestra. Las instalaciones limpias y en muy buen estado. Solo una sugerencia: deben variar el menu del desayuno que estuvo bueno pero era el mismo cada día. Creo que tienen varias opciones para mejorarlo.”

“The man at the gate was intimidating and stood over me and told me to turn off my motorbike, then demanded my passport. This was my welcome to the hotel. The room was comfortable and I slept well, and the beach did not have too much trash on it. When I tried to leave they insisted I had to pay; even though I paid through Expedia. I was made to stay and wait for half an hour while they figured it out, and I felt embarrassed and like a criminal. I do not recommend.”

“Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. My last room had the AC not working, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the hallways are dirty like they just take care of the rooms but not the surrounding areas, bedding was very clean 🙏 that makes me ”
