"Nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool area."

"Family vacation to enjoy Cocoa Beach. The hotel was a short walk from the hotel and we rented (for free) an umbrella, boogy board, and beach chairs from the hotel. That was the best service ever! The breakfast was good and his options. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because I was charged 3.5% fee on top my "final cost" from hotels.com. That fee was charged because I used my credit card. It was charged before I even got to the hotel so I couldn't change it out to a debit card. I don't like surprise fees and just wish I could've known before I was charged. If it wasn't for the fee, we had a 5 star experience at the hotel."

"The hotel itself is kind of rundown. Everything is worn out or just painted over blemishes. The checkin staff was fantastic as was the gentleman who helped with beach amenities. The beach amenities were awesome. Since we flew in there was no ability for us to bring a bunch of beach toys but they had unlimited towels for free to use. They also had boogie boards, large umbrellas and beach chairs to rent for a reasonable price. The beach is open to the public but felt exclusive for the hotel and ended up being a great and safe place for my family to be. The pool was also pretty big and accommodated the kids when they were tired of the ocean. The only real big issue I had was with the room staff… they never cleaned our room. We were gone most of the daytime hours and we came back both days to no room cleaning service even though we made sure the leave us alone tag was not out. One time a lady came in while my kids were sleeping and I was on the balcony. She left towels and took out 1 trash can out of the 2 but I had no idea she was in the room with my family until I saw the towels. If the room had been cleaned daily, I would have pretty high reviews for this stay."
