โLoved the excellent services I received from all the staff, especially the front desk. On departure day, our flight was not until late that evening, nevertheless they offered use of Hotel and ground facilities at no additional cost. When on a budget, that is the sort of service that is so valued, especially when travelling with two teenage girls.
Loved the location and close proximity to the beach, just across the street. They are very helpful with beach towels as well.

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
