"The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They had good food options. The menu was a little repetitive but understandable as we stayed longer than a few days. Staff kept food stocked and tables clean. The pool area kept towels available. Central air was a nice feature! Lots of USB, c, and regular outlets available, in the rooms and public seating areas. It is very close to the highway and you can hear some traffic from the room. I could not hear any noise from surrounding rooms. The room coffee consistently made my husband sick whereas the public breakfast coffee sat well. Mini fridge was quite small with no freezer section. Beds were comfortable! Then even had a small fan available in the room."
"The hotel is centrally located within the city. 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations and around the corner from Monument Circle. It is close and within walking distance of a number of museums and historical sites within the city. There are a large variety of eateries and places for a drink within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. There is also a restaurant and bar within the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean, secure and also had a nice outlook towards the war memorial. The air conditioning was good. The TV had a good range of channels, WiFi was good and there was coffee/ tea making facilities and a fridge. The outdoor pool area was large and had a nice view of Monument Circle. I had breakfast at the hotel each morning and thought it was a bit pricey. The service was good. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you for a relaxing stay."
