Everything was wonderful in the hotel. My comment about Bali in general is that pedestrians have no chance to survive - drivers don't give them the opportunity to cross the street

Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout the duration of my stay.

The guys are great at helping you get boat tickets or anything else you want to do on the island incling bike rentals there. Breakfast was great and the outdoor bathroom was very clean and new looking. The room had a few bigs but that is expected after a heavy rain and on an island. I only wish I had more time to stay longer! Thank you so much for the hospitality 💗🙏

We stayed at this property in August 2023. As a family of 4 we stayed in a unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay and the family made us feel so welcome. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and offered to help us in any way that they could. We only stayed for two nights, but we wish we had stayed longer. Loved staying here—so proximate to everything in Gilli Air—but the best part was Sophie—our attendant who manages Casa Koko!! He was so attentive and helpful to all our needs. Loved having the private plunge pool for cooling off at various times of day & evening! Breakfasts were vaaried and terrific! A true find!

Wow, more than what I was expected. It is a small hotel in a quiet area, but close to a lot of restaurants walking distance, the hotel itself has a restaurant where they have great food, we ate there every day except once just to try a different place around the area. We stayed here and found the place to be perfect! Super clean, no smells, well designed, good lighting, and very quiet. The pool/cafe area feels like a backyard pool and is a great place to chill out on the comfy loungers. The staff is very helpful and had a scooter on site for us to rent!

I booked one night and extended to 3 while visiting friends in Bali.I loved the room design with private garden, outdoor shower and watch Aussie Rules Football on satellite TV live.The staff made my friends very welcome with afternoon tea and Balinese treats. They explained their coffee beans comes from Bandung... the Javanese home of coffee. I can highly rate this property. 5/5
