"The hotel is in a great location with amazing views of Bursa city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained and spotless. Our suite was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite included two bathrooms and a private sitting area with balconies. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was very reasonably priced and offered a true 5-star experience."

"This is perhaps the nicest hotel that i have ever stayed at in all my travels.
The staff are first rate friendly and helpful.
The hotel is emaculate and the facilities like the thermal pool and spa are just so relaxing you could not wish for a better experience.
