“아주 세련되고 멋진 곳에 위치해있습니다. 지하철을타거나 DLR(교외로가는 열차)을 타거나 최고의 건물들 사이로 다니는 게 즐거웠습니다. 역사에는 거대 쇼핑몰과 식당들이 즐비하고 강변이어서 정취도 좋습니다. 욕실에는 수건을 말리는 큰 열선이 있어서 가벼운 세탁도 가능했고, 주방도 완벽하게 준비되어있으며, 냉장고,오븐에 쓰레기 처리까지 꼼꼼하게 준비되어있어 부족함이 없었습니다. ”

“숙소의 시설과 청결을 모두 덮어버릴정도의불편한 체크인과정이 있었다. 전화로 체크인을 물었을때 전화받은 여자는정말 내여행의 기분을 모두 망쳐버릴정도로거만하고 불친절한 태도였고 난 다음날 오후체크인하기전까지 그 나쁜 기분을 떨칠수 없을 정도였다. 다행이 다른 남자직원과 통화가되어 우여곡절끝에 체크인. 게다가 환불되긴 하지만 250 파운드의 보증금까지 요구한다. 전반적으로 고객을 힘들게 하는 숙소. 완전 비추이다.”

“A cozy room with cooking utensils and a freezer but poor amenities. Not far from Stratford Station. Friendly staff and good simple breakfast. Good transport.”

“Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! ”

“When I needed to get in I call the helpline and the person on the other side of the phone was so helpful, warn and inviting. No fath with having to meet anyone just gave me a code. The room is clean sand cosy. And it felt very safe. And the station is just on the other side of the road. Would stay again. ”

“I was led to believe that the whole apartment would be included. There was a room and a shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen.”

“Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat.”

“We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. The new property and everything as the original plus added...
