“Delicious breakfast. Owners friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous view of the Lancashire countryside from our window. Room clean and spacious. Proper power shower in the bathroom. We were only able to stay one night (this time) but it was pretty much perfect. 10/10”

“If you would like to experience living in a 400 year old cottage, with many original features, surrounded by so much beauty and peacefulness, then this is the place for you! I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. There were so many extras included - books, binoculars, tea/coffee/hot chocolate/fresh...

“Lovely old pub. Comfortable room with everything supplied. Nicely decorated. Not spotlessly clean, but it was dog friendly. Friendly, helpful staff. Great base to come back to after walking. Easy walk into Hawes. Good atmosphere for an enjoyable drink or food. Open fires were lit and so relaxing to sit by. Good breakfast with excellent service. We are already thinking about a return visit. ”
