“Staff should ask at check in if you want your room cleaned every day instead of putting a note in the key card holder. First morning the breakfast was barely warm. Second morning it was better. Room was clean. I’d like a pen and small pad of paper in the room like other hotels offer. Staff we interacted with were pleasant. Discounts at nearby eateries were used and are appreciated. We would stay here again.”
