"The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open.
The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty.
Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly.
The VIP lounge access was excellent to have."
"Perfect for a long weekend. Room was spacious, bed comfy. Food was good with plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. Location great for getting to beach or walking through the town and exploring the marina and old town.
Only gripe was lack of space around pool and on beach- unless you get there before 10am, there is no hope of a sun lounger and definitely no parasol! We walked along the beach to the right and found a beach bar with shaded loungers to use for free- just needed to buy a drink from the bar. Perfect!"
"We had a lovely 3 night stay in June. The room was spacious and clean with a coffee machine and a fridge. Bottles of water were supplied and also the air conditioning was perfect as it was very hot.
The location is in the middle of the old town with plenty of shops bars and restaurants close by.
10 /10 - definitely recommend this place."
"My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Rodos Park following 3 weeks of ‘island hopping’, we thought it was fabulous. The hotel and grounds are lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was also lovely and even better they didn’t let people reserve sun beds by leaving towels on unattended beds all day, a lot of hotels should adopt this policy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the day they had a pianist playing to accompany breakfast. Great location by the centre of the city, but felt very tranquil. Our room was lovely, nice big towels and comfy bed. We wished we had booked for longer."
"I had a good time at this hotel, nice staff and good drinks at bar.
Few things I would recommend for better experience for other guests, please get better wifi, in my room the wifi disconnected many times, it barely worked on my phone and on my laptop the shows keep freezing it was really annoying. I used my data on my phone a lot.
I requested a king bed but got 2 twin beds put side by side I didn't like it. I find in Greece they do that a lot. Also had separate blankets.
Last thing shower was way too small, could barely move around. Wish it was bigger to be more comfortable.
Staff was nice but I would personally go somewhere else since I expected wifi to work and 90% of the time it was not working and kept disconnecting. My phone plan did not have a lot of data with the eSIM so had to purchase more data and waste more money."
"The property itself was excellent absolutely no problems it was a great stay.
The surrounding area was not ideal. But good location and short walk to old town."
