Very nice, well maintained clean room. Spacious well designed bathroom / shower.

Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.

The location was fantastic. It’s two blocks away from all the shopping and I can drop things off and go right back out immediately. The washer and dryer unit inside the apartment is a game changer. I can do laundry at my own convenience, especially after going on tours and being on zoo visits. If you want to check out outside normal hours, you can simply drop off your keys in the designated area.

Convenient location and great staff

The staff was wonderful! They initially upgraded our room and when the air conditioning didn’t work they immediately moved us to another room and comped us for the inconvenience. The area around the hotel has a lot to see and do.

The hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. We were able to get from the airport to the hotel just using the Air Train.

Overall great place, great location, great stay - I would highly recommend

Great space with all kitchen amenities. Comfortable bed. Walkable area near public transportation.

It was a beautiful apartment in a great location. Beautiful patio. Great staff.

Great staff!

Overall, a wonderful stay.

Excellent from early check-in to check-out.

Quick stay for business, apart from the car park everything was great, good value for money. To be charged an additional 20% of the room rate for parking needs to be reviewed, tight space, support pillars in the way, thank goodness I only had a small car.
