"Ice cream rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Like the simple breakfast bowl placed daily for early excursions! Also liked the fact that it was close to the park entrance but away from the crowd. "

"Great location to downtown Fairbanks and pickup for tours. Restaurant breakfast buffet is not good for price. Its more of a limited continental breakfast. Gift shop was closed so no access to needed amenities. Rooms are older and it shows - carpet, showers, heating/air, tv channels. The restaurant/bar staff is amazing, we ate most meals there because were appreciated them so much. The other hotel guests are mixed clientele so it can be loud and chaotic even if in your own room. We didn't sleep...

"Great place! Breakfasts are something unique and yummy every day. There are extra full bathrooms in the hallways if your spouse is taking too long in your bathroom or you want to get ready at the same time. The living room even has a massage chair! I enjoyed it several times. Also, they have plug ins for cars with block heaters; smart."

"The room was spacious, the bed/pillows were comfortable, and the private spa tub in the room was awesome. The indoor pool was heated and a bunch of life jackets were available too. The breakfasts were yummy. The washer/dryer worked well (there are two of each). The complementary hot tea/hot chocolate were great. "

"The owner is very polite and she let us check in an hour early. Room was nice kitchenette and jetted tub. People in other rooms quiet, peaceful stay at Christmas. Would highly recommend to others."

"The hotel shuttle was so helpful. Communication was clear about where pick up would be late night. We appreciated an early morning ride to our tour company as well. The breakfast met our dietary needs and had lots of offerings. We were only on property for 7 hours so didn’t use many amenities. "
