Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

The hotel was beautiful, offering spectacular views with windows all around, a balcony and a convenient location with a grocery store right downstairs. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and featured a modern mountain-inspired style that created a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The Coffee Bar was great! The location on the lake is amazing!

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!

This is an amazing hotel perfectly situated directly across from Grindelwald First. When I say directly across, I mean you can be at Grindelwald First in less than 5 mins. Less than that if you can walk a slight incline quickly. You are also perfectly situated by the shops and restaurants! The hotel is beautiful! Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

Who are we? We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the family suite with two connecting rooms, one with a double bed and a small one with 2 twins. We were looking for medium-priced accommodations. This staff is FABULOUS. Every person is warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make us welcome. John, one of the waitstaff, is amazing.
