“Property was exactly as described, staff were great. Units were HUGE in my opinion however I have never stayed at a Condo Type unit before. Unit was thoughtfully stocked with all dishes pots pans etc. Then envolope we recieved on check in offered great advice and instructions. Pool area was clean. Great Room in Main building was stocked with board games beautiful fire place. Arcade on site with pool table, and a playground. 5 stars. “We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”
