“Perfect location for traveling by train”

“인버네스 시내에서 좀 멀어서 차나 택시가 필수예요. 리셉션이 있는 건물은 중세건물로 운치있어 좋았고, 객실이 있는 곳은 옆에 새로지어진 굉장히 현실적(?)인 건물이었습니다. 정원과 조식을 먹는 가든은 이뻤어요. 조식 맛은 그냥 보통입니다. 직원분이 친절하긴하나 교육은 안받으신 직원인 것 같고, 객실건물은 한층 이동해야하나 엘레베이터는 없습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓은 편이고 라지에이터도 따뜻했어요”

“Staffs were so kind. The room was clean enough.”

“The owner/operator was very kind, helpful and responsive. The room was excellent, very spacious for Scotland with a private en-suite. Breakfast was delicious. The house is a short walk from City Centre, Inverness Castle and the River Ness walkway. I highly recommend.”

“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard advertised. The first room we were given had a window that wouldn’t close, a stained blanket, and a dirty floor. After reporting this, we were moved to another floor, but the corridors smelled strongly of cigarettes. The second room had a nicer layout, but it still hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. “A lovely hotel. Everything was spectacular including the food at the restaurant. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would love to go back there.”

“The staff were lovely, the location is perfect. The room was a bit shabby, the breakfast whilst ample could be improved upon. Not bad at all but I was was expecting a little bit better considering the price.”
