I knew it before I stayed here, but just beware you basically need to take train for more shopping and dining option. Considering the price and quality of services and cleanness, this is a very good option imo.

The property was an awesome selection for what I needed. It met all my needs and even provided a free buffet breakfast in the morning. It seems to cater to transient workers and business which I think plays to its no nonsense decor. Very basic yet stylish. I was very impressed. The parking lot did fill up one night however there was an option across the street at the train station parking lot. The showers were awesome, hot water and and I do love a rain shower head. The internet got a little spotty at 1 a.m. but I figured "who, besides me, is up at that time of the night?" Having a car at the time was nice as it made getting to Makinohara area more convenient as it was just a 10 minute drive down the road. That being said, the train station was right across the street from the hotel and I could have easily gotten on a train, gone over one stop to Inzai Makinohara station and been there in like 5 minutes or so. Over all I would stay at this property in the future if I needed to.

Arrived at night on the train. The hotel was very easy to find and only a few minutes walk. Helpful staff and enough room to have our bags but still move around in the room. Plenty of breakfast before starting the day.

Hotel in a very new area. Very close to train station huge plus for us! Enjoyed the breakfast could have used a more diverse menu for breakfast Staff friendly and kind. Cleanliness was great! Laundry facilities fantastic! Vending machine however not so fun it would not work for us.

I made the mistake of thinking that this hotel was real close to Narita Airport. I was wrong. But actually in a good way. I got to see what normal tourists do not. I aslo got the opportunity to figure out how to navigate the Tokyo train system somewhat. This hotel is about 40 minutes by car, and around 20 min by Train. Its 720 yen each way from Narita Airport. The hotel has 14 floors, looks like a perfect big square box with windows. It takes just a few minutes to walk from the train ststion To the hotel. The rooms are small but very well maintained and it really dosent feel small. Make sure to getva non smoking floor. Now the only negative is no one speaks a lick of English, so bring xour Google translate. Except a front desk girl named Kondo. She surprisingly spoke great English and really the only one there that did. She was amazing. And gracious throughout my stay. Without her it wouldn't been as easy for me. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing in my opinion. 6:30am to 9AM only. But worth waking up early for. There is a great Sushi restaurant right around the corner. A Mimi mart back at the station. And a beautiful park with Tenis and other activities. A perfect stay for those who like the unknown and off the beaten path experience.
