The hotel was dated, looks like it could use a refresh. Paint chipping, mold in the shower. No toilet paper in the room. It was overall quiet and beds were comfortable but it definitely wasn't what i was expecting.

I stayed in room 213. It was terrible. Only the AC was working properly. The bathroom sink was not properly secure and the cause was loose. The shower has seen better days. The handle was broken. The closet door was broken and there was only 1 hanger for my shirts. . The furniture were old and warned. The room was dark and overall it felt like a cheap motel from the 70’. Definitely not worth what I paid. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The hotel overall look was ok. Breakfast was ok too. I hope the other rooms are not as bad as the one I got.

Great Hospitality

The receiptiionists are so friendly. They always would like to help us for everything. And they are very gentle. In the breakfast, there are many börek types.

The property is outside Ioannina and the connecting roads are in bed shape. The room we got had several strange characteristics, TV in the wrong position, strange glass door in the bathrooms, strange lighting arrangements, lack of light in the corridors in the morning. No coffee or tea in the room. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazingly rich and good.

Όμορφα καθαρά και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια άνετο πάρκινγκ πλούσιο πρωινό όμορφη πισίνα και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.Επισης πολύ σημαντικό ότι βρίσκεται σε ένα όμορφο προάστιο των Ιωαννίνων αλλά πολύ κοντά στην πόλη μιας και σε λίγα λεπτά βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων.Περασαμε υπέροχα και ξέγνοιαστα.

8 μερες , 7 διανυκτερευσεις . Οικογενεια 4 ατομων με 2 εφηβα παιδια. Ολα ητσν υπεροχα! Απο τον κο Αλκη στην υποδοχη που ηταν παντα προθυμος να εξυπηρετησει και να βοηθησει ως τους ανθρωπους που σερβιραν και φροντιζαν για την καθαριοτητα του καταλυματος. Ολοι ευγενικοι, χαμογελαστοι..Ο μπουφες με το πρωινο πλουσιος, δεν λυποντουσαν τις ποσοτητες.Η πισινα καθαριζοταν καθημερινα. Το μονο σιγουρο ειναι πως αν ξαναβρεθω στα Γιαννενα θα προτιμήσω ξανα αυτο το ξενοδοχειο για την διαμονη μας.
