“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. “Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. ”

“The suite was beautiful, very comfortable. A very nice kitchen which I only used for breakfast. There wasn't anyone on duty. Everything is done through What's app; entry into the building, any problems, etc. Cleaners empty garbage every day. The building seems new and this apartment Hotel is worthy of the accolades it receives. It is close enough to the center of the old town. I was in 202 and a view over the entrance and the narrow side street. I recommend staying here, if you want to...
