“The rating scale only allows 5 stars, I would easily give 6! The staff were always helpful and kind going above and beyond to provide helpful travel hiccup and interpretting assistance. The room was newly remodeled, state of the art and immaculate even including an in-room wash machine discreetly tucked out of the way. “You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it.
