"Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) "White Rocks is a superb hotel and the beach is delightful, however they advertise land view rooms -don’t be misled- these room face on to a very busy road within metres from your balcony. We had to insist on a change to sea view which cost an additional €360 which they would not negotiate on- very disappointing. That being said we would return to a sea view room only for the location, beaches and easy access to the airport & Argostoli"

"The hotel is in a great location! The room was nice and we had reserved a room with a Seaview. I definitely think its worth the extra money to upgrade. The lobby and breakfast area was lovely. Most importantly the staff was kind and helpful. I'm sure they get lots of questions and requests all day and every day, however that did not deter them from being very kind and patient with my questions. There is also parking at this hotel which is wonderful for those that have a vehicle."

"I have to say that this was probably the best suite we’ve ever stayed in over many years of travelling and staying in “up-market” places. We first met our host Elenia (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) when she helped us with directions to get to The Twelve Suites and actually came out to find us and got in the car to take us to the car park. The Suites is easy to find but not when you have a mischievous SatNav! Elenia certainly went the “extra mile” for us - and I wouldn’t have got in the car with me! The suite itself was immaculate, looked new, fully air-conditioned, had a wrap round, spacious balcony and two bedrooms with “patio” style doors that were mirror-coated for privacy. The kitchen area was fully equipped with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and a bowl of fruit. We met our second host Elena a couple of days after arrival. Both run the Suites and both are very friendly, efficient, helpful and just lovely people. The room is cleaned daily when it is vacated - we just let them know on our way out when we had left for the day. A great holiday with the Suites playing a large part of it. Thank you Elenia and Elena, you deserve every success! Best wishes, Barbara & Keith x"
