It was a nice experience, this is a good hotel, well located. Nice indoor pool. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. However, it is hard to classify it as a 5 stars hotel. There are many small details that should be fixed: dirty chairs and table on the terrace, no bathrobe in the room (available at the pool, but looking quite old), scratches everywhere, broken safe box, only 3 hangers etc. Our 7th floor terrace had a direct look over two empty (looking like abandoned) outdoor pools.

Antay Hotel is excellent, probably the best hotel in town. During my stay, I always had the feeling that the personnel was willing to accommodate my needs and help with any request. This is an excellent choice.

i didnt like the breakfast with no option to take it to your room. if your wife wants to sleep in you cannot take her breakfast to the room. it is against the rules. there should be local olives and fresh local bread for breakfast.

The hotel overall is good. However housekeeping and, most of all, the service at the restaurant was bad. We had lunch the first and had to wait an unacceptable long time. We have some food sensitivities, but the staff seems not to understand how this is important. I was sick for a couple of days, and my wife was not allowed to take my included breakfast to our room, saying that there was an extra charge for room service. I asked for fried eggs at breakfast, but they told me that.the egg service was only for omelets (!!!). Not really a 5-star service.

Al llegar a la.habitacion el.baño no contaba con toallas....al plantearlo.se.soluciono al.instante...tambien el.control.del.televisor no funciono en forma.optima tenia problema.para encender...aunque cambiaron el.control.el.problema continuo...no nos complicamos y encendimos la.TV en forma.manual. a pesar de estos detalles.volveria...por.sus instalaciones, ubicacion y servicios.

Muy lindo hotel, buena atención en la recepción, muy amables y con excelente disposición. Buen tamaño de las habitaciones y excelente piscina, muy rico para ir a descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel. Un extra para viaje de adultos es el casino, que te ofrece panorama sin tener que moverte del hotel. Muy buena experiencia

Promocionan el Hotel con el casino. Me dieron un trago de cortesia para usarlo en el casino.fui con mi esposa y no la dejaron entrar an casino por que no tenia cedula chilena. Ella tenia su cedula venezolana y le dijeron que con esa cedula no podi entrar y luego pasa un peruano con su cedula y si lo dejan entrar. Encuentro descriminacion que con una cedula di y otra no. Tambien me cobraron un inpuesto y en la paguina de expedia decia inpuestos incluidos .
