"Great location- check in kid was a bit dopey and didn’t know anything about the parking situation across the street otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 so if you’re looking for an early start this might be at bit inconvenient as everywhere else we stayed in Ireland started at 7:00. Would recommend to stay here again "

"Been here a few times now. Always a nice experience. There is free parking behind the hotel. I was a bit early but my room was ready so i checked in. Very nice lady on the desk. Room was compact but nice and clean. I didnt eat in the restaurant this time. Breakfast was very nice. Check out was quick and easy. This is my go to hotel in Roscommon."

"The owner of the B&B greeted us warmly at the door, showed us to our room, which was nice, clean and comfortable. She let us know what amenities were available to us, and showed us where they were. Breakfast was excellent, and the full Irish experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone staying in the Dublin area."

"Our stay at the Horse & the Hound was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The food served in the restaurant was exceptional, and the room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. We especially appreciated Alan at the pub who made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. He recommended wonderful area sites and cafes and invited us to hear live Irish music in the pub the first night we were there. Because of his attention & care, the best days of our travels around Ireland were there in Wicklow...

"The guesthouse was very charming as they haven’t changed much in years. All the staff were great especially Nicholas who was very personable. Beware of lots of stairs in the building. I for one loved being on the top floor. The neighborhood is a little messy and noisy on the street but that seems par for the course in most of the city. Many places to walk for food and there is a nice green park with a playground very near by. "

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at The Lane, both of which were excellent to begin with. However, on the morning we were due to check out, my partner unfortunately became very unwell and we were unable to travel. The Staff at the Lane were so accommodating; offering us an option of late checkout, and thereafter allowing us to extend our stay by a night. They brought us loads of extra complimentary water bottles, and offered plenty of other amenities to ensure my partner was well looked...
