โJohn and his staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Woodhill House is old world beautiful !!! We just loved it there. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back relax have a pint and good conversation with John. Will definitely be back!!!!โ

โIt was cozy place to stay in Sligo. The hotels' one side did not operate. It looked like abandoned place.
Near the hotel, amazing mountain Benbulbin. I can see the mountain in the hotel's s windows.

โAn amazing location in a restored Georgian country manor. As you pull up to the main door, it may occur to you that the entire staff should be lined up to greet you in Downton Abbey style. That's how perfect it is! The staff is excellent. The only flaw was that our room's smoke detector had a hideous blue light that was way too bright at night. There was no way to get the room dark.โ
โWe enjoyed a really lovely short break in Sligo recently with the excellent Castle Dargan as a base. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Everyone greeted us warmly and were attentive without being intrusive. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bedding and large bathroom, although the toilet bowl was situated very tight to a wall.
We enjoyed a tasty lunch overlooking the scenic golf course. Breakfast offered a good choice and again was top class.

โThe hotels location within the estate was well managed and in keeping with the surrounding grounds. The facilities on offer were excellent. The staff were very helpful and met all our needs when required. Our foom was very comfortable and relaxing.all the food and refreshments on our stay were of a very high standard.
