"Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. "Nicely presented unit style property Rooms overlooking the river are very relaxing the kitchen is well equipped with appliances however cooking equipment must be hired from the reception presumably that includes plates and silver . Washing machine and laundry are included in the bathroom with shower and bathtub and seperate basin . Toilet is seperate room . Very quiet you can hear the porcelain clock chiming from around the corner. Excellent accommodation 5 minutes from the station and bus stop....

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"ゴルフ場の隣という立地もあって、回りにはコンビニとかお店は何もないですが、建物もとても綺麗で設備も行き届いています。温泉やプールがあるのも嬉しいです。(残念ながら３月はプール営業されていませんでしたが…) 子どもの遊べるコーナーもあり、ちょっとしたゲームコーナーやカラオケと、１日いても良いくらい快適でした♪ スタッフもどの方もにこやかに対応してくださり気持ちがよかったです。 次回は子どもたちをホテルで遊ばせて私はゴルフに行きたいです。笑"

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "
