When we arrived, the house had an unpleasant smell and was quite dusty. Unfortunately, the internet and the entrance pass never worked during our stay. The house could also benefit from having a washer and dryer, especially for larger groups, or at least providing more towels. There were not enough towels for a group of eight. Aside from these issues, we had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the house and amenities. I would definitely love to stay there again!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The host was communicative, provided clear and detailed instructions, and made the check-in process seamless. The space was clean and comfortable. The pool was a great size and conveniently located. There were also plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay it was amazing and very clean! The only small problem was that I didn’t have my pass to go in an out as I pleased to open the gate had to be there by eleven pm to make sure someone was there or up to open the gate! I definitely recommend the place to the fullest other than that small detail

I stayed at the Oceanfront Beach house with my 3 teenage daughters. The townhouse is located just 5 minutes from "Bajuras Beach" which is beautiful but not to swim in since waters are too rough. Luckily, the pool is big and clean (closes at 9pm on weekdays). There is a private rooftop terrace so you get to sit and watch the sunset. The Wi-Fi is strong so I was able to work from "Home" without any issues. The master bedroom is spacious and has a beautiful balcony. The interior décor was beautiful, but the porch and balconies needed more color and style. On the down side the pillows were too flat and not enough were provided. The A/C was difficult to operate and no manual was available. The Wi-Fi password should have been easier to access, like put up on the fridge or a board. There was no washer/ dryer available so we had to hang our wet clothes on the stair railing and the patio chairs. The coffee maker was tiny and falling apart. A stocked coffee station would have been a great. The couch needed a few throw pillows and a throw to make the living room feel more cozy. Overall, a great experience, but just those little details would have made it an even better one.

This is a great property. My family of 3 plus our friend reunited, perfect setup, with ample common space and outdoor seating. Nice kitchen amenities, good beds and - the real draw - easy access to both a pool and the ocean. Everything was clean and well maintained, the check in and gate access went smoothly, and communication with staff was transparent. Very quiet and tranquil, but also a stone’s throw to Jobos and Crash Boat beaches, and Isabela town. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely return.

Loved the condo, especially the roof top terrace overlooking the ocean and pool. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Suggestion: a bigger coffee pot, more mugs (tiny pot and only three mugs) Wevwould have liked bedside nightstand lamps (the only lighting in the bedrooms are overhead ceiling fans- not great for reading) . The proximity to several beaches (Jobos, Montanes, and Crashboat) was great. We enjoyed a couple of nearby restaurants as well (Kai and Oka Lola).
