Très bon hôtel à 1km du port se fait à pieds si pas trop de bagages … sinon un terminal de bus à 5mn qui amène juste au dessus de l’hôtel. Det var helt ok! Enkla rum med en rymlig balkong. Badrummet var stort och rent men en dag låg det kvar en äcklig svamp på våra grejer på handfatet efter de städat… Poolen var mycket trevlig och hade en bra poolbar. Läget var toppen!

Dejligt, rent hotel i god stand

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed. Pænt rent og fin service med strandstole på Medusa stranden. Eneste mindre minus er at poolen er badekars temperatur, fitness er outdated og trænger til en overhaling og prisniveauet på frokost i poolbaren. Men man må gerne medbringe egne drikkevarer. Alt i alt et godt valg!

Pleasant experience with my family

Pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is well located, close to everything. The shopping area, several restaurants and the main beach are easily reachable. The Aragona Castle is also not far. It's a nice evening walk! Good breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel è in zona centrale, vicino al centro, al porto e alla spiaggia principale della zona porto. In più è dotato di ottime terme. Le restrizioni COVID-19 richiedono una prenotazione, che in vantaggio consente di usufruire delle terme da soli. Colazione varia e buona. Consigliato.

Bra och prisvärt hotel

Hotelet ligger ca 5-10 minuters taxiresa från ankomsthamnen i Ischia Porto Promenadsavstånd till både stränder och mängder med resturanger Ligger inbäddat i grönska med en bra pool och en ok PoolBar/ Resturang. Vi åt en middag på hotelet där de serverade bara 3 rätters till middag. Frukosten var väl såder, men kanske ganska typiskt Italiensk med mycket sött Där var till största delen Italienare på hotelet och i alla åldrar. Rummet var helt ok (lite lyhört)och med en rejäl terras I poolbaren fick vi mycket tips och information från personalen som jobbade där, speciellt från Maurizio som var från ön och varit länge på hotelet. Helt klart ett bra hotel och prisvärt med bra läge

Our experience overall was disappointing. The hotel itself is just okay, it’s facilities like the pool area and the furniture inside the room were a bit dated; nothing too bad, but it seemed expensive for its condition. I think this is the norm for Ischia though. The breakfast was good—variety of options and better than what was provided by other hotels on our trip to the coast. One hugely disappointing factor was the service at the front desk—they weren’t warm or inviting at check in, and were unhelpful with an incident that occurred after check out. I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room shortly after check out, and called them as soon as we arrived at our hotel later that day. The manager stated that the cleaning lady allegedly hadn’t found anything, and there was nothing they could do until the current occupants left the room. They did not take the initiative to get back to me on the issue, so my husband ended up having to call back multiple times to get them to actually do something, and I also sent them an email with a picture of the ring, to which they never responded. I still feel sick about the whole thing; the ring was handmade with diamonds passed down by my husband’s grandmother, so can’t really be replaced. I never take it off except to wash my face, so there was no question as to where I would have left it. I understand these things happen during travel, but due to the lack of service and compassion on the hotel’s part, I can’t recommend a stay here.

Buongiorno, siamo stati con mia moglie 3 giorni ad Ischia tutto sommato è stata un'esperienza positiva, le cose da migliorare per un 4 stelle sono: i letti a molla, non sono il massimo, la palestra non è funzionante il parcheggio libero è una promessa sulla carta, il bagno turco funziona solo il pomeriggio, la colazione minimale, la cucina buona. Helt ok boende, dock så levde det inte upp till våra förväntningar. Vi fick ett ganska litet rum med en halvstor säng. Rummet hade en trevlig balkong som saknade en stol för att kunna nyttjas av 2 personer. Detta påpekades 2 gånger och inget hände. Spa avdelningen var inte som vi hade tänkt oss , dock så fanns det bastu, pool mm Utomhus poolen var stor & trevlig. Personal i så väl frukost som baren höll en bra servicenivå Hotellet erbjuder både gratis parkering och privat parkering om detta är fullt så går det att stå på gatan utanför Frukost & bar utbud bra Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från restauranger, gågata, stranden etc
