Beautiful ocean view cottage, quiet location, private, with great amenities, including a/c, dehumidifier, kitchen, washing machine, drying (dehumidifier in the bathroom), and others. Imagine the space and number of beds would be a great benefit for larger groups. Bear in mind there is no check in staff to assist unless directly requested. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Very isolated place and old style . If you are solo not ideal and also need a car for sure as infrequent buses and little communication on this in the property . Nothing around - the hotel cafe closed and was not notified before I booked. This is more like an isolated Airbb . It’s a nice cottage inside but no front Sesk or cafe There is a cafe nearby but instant coffee and spam - place nearby is the “ beer terrace “ but also not open much . Overall I would not recommend at all and I had to move out after a day due to the challenges . Looks neglected "

The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "
