"The staff (the afternoon/evening staff on Oct. 1 and 2) were the most helpful, accommodating and professional desk attendants. I was amazed that they took care of 2 buildings and despite the load, they would go out of their way to respond to any question or request. That skill cannot be taught, hope they get the recognition they deserve."

"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Didn't check to see that there was no elevator before booking so definitely our fault but with a back injury, the stairs were difficult. Other than that, everything was good. We'll stay again if ground floor room is available."
