Great for a family vacation. It was lively but a bit too loud if you are looking for quiet relaxation. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. The other person working the front desk just looked the other wsy. I had to walk with heavy suitcases for 25 minutes to the bus station and rventually I got on the bus to the place I knew it went. There were no other guests st the front desk at the time. I was treated very rudely by your employees!

Espectacular como siempre

Cómo cada año, espectacular. En recepción este año no me atendió María, pero también recibí un trato genial. En restaurante todo genial, buenos productos e información y atención para alergias, al mediodía comida típica Isla Cristina y en la cena temática, México. Animación nocturna buenísima, cómico y a reír... Piscina trasera muy tranquila y limpia.

Muy buen hotel

El hotel ha estado genial, la comida buenísima, tiene muchisimas actividades para todas las edades, y la atención al cliente muy buena. La playa está un poquito lejos, no es primera línea como tal y en el pueblo hay muy poco que hacer o casi nada, si quieres dar un paseo tienes que coger el coche.

Buen hotel, ubicación cercana

Un buen hotel para estancias o escapadas por la zona. El personal se esfuerza por ofrecer una experiencia agradable. Lo mejor, el buffet (bastante variado) y la piscina (tiene la profundidad justa para un baño cómodo, con juegos de agua que organizan a diario). Quizás no sea el mejor hotel de Huelva, pero se le acerca: está cuidado y limpio, las camas son muy confortables y, para ser un hotel familiar, logra un buen ambiente de descanso a la vez que ofrece unas actividades bastante variadas, lo que mantiene el listón alto con respecto a otros hoteles similares en los que he estado.

A comida é horrivel, a casa de banho nao é segura, nao tem cortina ou vidro para uma banheira tão grande! Camas e almofadas super confortáveis, piscina muito boa, o bar deixa muito a desejar! Apesar de ser tudo incluído têm limitações a muita coisa, pagamos um valor elevado para mesmo assim não ser o tudo incluído!

Una estancia muy agradable..buenas instalaciones..buena animación..el buffet muy rico y variado, sobre todo las cenas temáticas. Nos gusto mucho el servicio de Todo Incluido. A mejorar, intentar evitar que las personas "reserven" con las toallas las hamacas prácticamente todo el día, sobre todo cuando se van a almorzar.

Enquanto casal com uma filha de 14 anos, estivemos alojados na última semana de Agosto com regime TI. Foi uma estadia que consideramos EXCELENTE. Em claro destaque está toda a equipa de funcionários e de animação, sem exceção, sempre simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. Outro ponto de excelência é a organização geral. A sala de refeições é sempre muito organizada, com uma regime de distribuição pelas mesas disponíveis de alto nível, por intercomunicadores e sem gritos nem pessoas perdidas pela sala à espera de mesa. A comida é muito boa e há de tudo para todos e nunca acaba nada. A limpeza é incrível em todo o lado e sem falhas, seja na área das piscinas ou nas casas de banho. Sempre tudo muito limpo. As piscinas são muito boas e com muitas camas disponíveis. se cumpridas as regras é possível tê-las todo o dia ao nosso dispor. Os bares de piscina funcionam de modo impecável a toda a hora. Merece uma palavra de destaque a Espetacular equipa de animação. Uma equipa enorme de animadores sempre com atividades diversas para todas as idades. Durante um dos dias chegaram a estar ao mesmo tempo 4 atividades a decorrer. Os espetáculos depois de jantar são de altíssimo nível. Como pontos menos positivos apenas o edifício que sendo bom, já é antigo e necessita de renovação pelo menos nas casas de banho dos quartos. E também os passadiços para a praia que se encontram em péssimo estado mas que NADA tem a ver com o Hotel. Parabéns é direção pela excelência apresentada.

Fantástico Hotel e lugar para se desfrutar o Verão

Muito acolhedora e agradável a estadia. Colaboradores disponíveis e muito simpáticos procurando, sempre, satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes. Muito organizados na optimização das mesas das refeições exceptuando o facto de que, por vezes, motivado por isso mesmo, formam-se algumas filas para a entrada na sala das refeições. Excelente equipa de animação e excelente os espectáculos noturnos das 22h00. Mesmo muito espectaculares. Tanto para as crianças como para os adultos, também. Menos positivo, comparando com outros hotéis onde estivemos, essa mesma equipa não "puxar" pelos hóspedes para a animação e jogos da tarde. Não se deslocavam às cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras para tentar convencer ou "arrancar" os diferentes hóspedes para esses mesmos jogos. Por vezes, víamos que havia ou estavam a acontecer e nem tínhamos oportunidade de poder experimentar.
