"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Grand Hyett , previously as the Dreams. Nothing has changed, we love the preferred club rooms, the concept of the lounge, being able to nip and make a coffee or have sandwich. The rooms are amazing, with a massive big TV , filled mini bar to be used free of charge, lovely toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns etc, all that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. We had a lovely room overlooking the adult only pool and the Rubicam Marina, it is right opposite a lovely beach We would definitely recommend the Grand Hyett Plays Blanca , we cannot wait to go back"

"The property stands because the employees. They are friendly, helpful and kind, thank you very much to all of them. I would like to mention that there should be access for disabled people to the theater and the disco (the entire floor where they are located) because it is a sad to watch them looking and trying to access it and then noticing that they will not be able to participate and there it is not inclusion for them."

"It is great having checkout at 12noon. Staff was nice and friendly. Not useful having spa only open from 10 as it would stop you going to see places, missing the morning for it. Really nice views from the sea from our balcony and if the mountains from the corridor to the room."

"We found the location the best thing about the hotel. We were happy with our room and our only complaint was that we didn't have a view, but it was quiet and we slept well!"

"We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."
